Service Description
YOMA Kids Experience Midday Recess Programs are dedicated to helping children tap into their true potential and become the best versions of themselves. Led by experienced instructors, our 45–55-minute sessions incorporate a variety of activities to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Each session begins with a brief introduction to the theme of the day, followed by fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques that support the theme. Our program also includes art therapy, journaling, and Qigong/Tai Chi exercises to foster self-expression, enhance gross motor skills, and develop social-emotional understanding. Through affirmations and a positive mindset, children leave each session feeling empowered and confident. Join us in a safe and supportive environment to unlock your full potential.
